Can we execute runbooks from the alarms page only?

Runbooks can be triggered once an alarm is activated, and you have the flexibility to execute them directly from the alarm. Additionally, you can configure a runbook in the alarm rule, ensuring its execution when the threshold is crossed. Furthermore, the option to execute a runbook is available on the specific agent, accessible via the summary page of that device.
