How to Contact Support

Cloudmon support is available through the built-in support portal, live chat, and phone. Choose the channel that suits your needs.

Raise a Support Ticket

  1. Click the support icon at the bottom right corner of the Cloudmon Controller window.
  2. Click Tickets.
  3. Fill in the required fields including your Name, Email, and Subject. In the Description field, describe the problem you are facing or any queries you have.
  4. Click Submit.

You can also raise tickets and view ticket history through the Cloudmon support portal at support@cloudmon.ai

Cloudmon Chat

The Cloudmon Chat widget provides an automated chatbot that can answer common questions and guide you to relevant knowledge base articles without waiting for an agent. If the chatbot cannot resolve your issue, you can request to speak with a live support agent from within the same chat window.

  1. Click the support icon at the bottom right corner of the Cloudmon Controller window.
  2. Click Chat.
  3. Type your question into the chat window. The chatbot will respond with answers or suggested articles based on your query.
  4. If you need further assistance, type Agent or select the option to connect with a live support agent. A member of the Cloudmon support team will join the conversation.
