In Cloudmon, can we monitor personal Info like which account is used, who logged in and logged out or host system specifications?

Cloudmon does not monitor any personal information or the login session information. It monitors only host system specific metrics. 

In ITIM, can we monitor personal Info like which account is used, who logged in and logged out or only machine specifications?
