Is it possible to access the device terminal from Cloudmon Controller?
Indirectly, yes. Commands or scripts can be executed in the "Execute Command" terminal in Agents > Click on a Agent > you can find the execute terminal option in the right corner of the summary and the results will be fetched after the reporting interval.
