Cloudmon RUM uses a lightweight JavaScript snippet embedded directly in your website's pages to continuously measure Core Web Vitals, JavaScript errors, network resource performance, and session behaviour as they happen in each visitor's own browser. This gives web and IT teams the ability to identify and resolve front-end performance issues quickly, often before users complain.
Prerequisite: RUM requires a site to be added under Digital Experience → RUM and the generated RUM snippet to be pasted into the site's HTML before any data begins flowing. No server-side install or agent is required.
