Select a release below to review its new features, expanded monitoring capabilities, and resolved issues.
Cloudmon now monitors Meraki switches alongside existing Meraki device support. Administrators get a unified view of switch health, port status, and performance metrics within their Meraki inventory.
Cloudmon now captures boot events across Windows, Linux, and macOS systems. Combined with startup root-cause analysis, this helps teams quickly identify what caused a slow or failed startup.
Cloudmon now automatically scans network devices to identify WAN-facing interfaces, reducing manual configuration when setting up bandwidth and utilization monitoring on edge devices.
Cloudmon now captures real-user performance data alongside existing synthetic checks. This gives a more complete picture of how actual users experience monitored applications and websites. Refer: Real-User monitoring
Cloudmon now includes a built-in MCP server and an AI chatbot, accessible through a dedicated AI button. Users can ask natural-language questions about their environment and get contextual answers without leaving the console.
Network Configuration Management now assesses managed devices for known vulnerabilities. This gives administrators a prioritized view of security risks across their network configuration estate. Visibility has been expanded to include firmware and CVE-related risk data, supporting stronger compliance and asset hygiene.
New reporting tracks performance against defined service level objectives. Teams can now measure and demonstrate whether infrastructure and services are meeting agreed targets. An inventory report has also been added.
New automated insights identify routing changes, packet loss, latency, and path anomalies to quickly pinpoint ISP-related performance issues, building on existing ISP Path.
A new topology map preview surfaces the structure of your Azure environment directly inside Cloudmon, building on existing Azure monitoring.
NetFlow monitoring can now identify AI tool and service traffic across the network, showing which users and teams drive AI usage, how much bandwidth it consumes, and where it is concentrated.
Disk usage metrics are now available for Nutanix infrastructure. Teams can track storage consumption trends and get ahead of capacity issues before they affect workloads.
Additional out-of-the-box reports have been added, along with a redesigned reports catalog page. The updated catalog makes it easier to browse, search, and locate the right report.
Scheduled reports can now be duplicated instead of built from scratch. This saves time when creating similar reports for different teams, devices, or time periods.
Custom webhook integration support has been extended to work with legacy SMS gateways. This broadens the range of notification channels available for alerting workflows.
The overview page now shows the number of open incidents and how long affected resources have been down, giving an at-a-glance view of current impact.
Branding controls have been refined with a clearer live preview. Administrators can see how custom branding will appear before applying changes across the portal.
Fixed text color defaults, chart rendering issues, and "no data" display behavior to improve readability and accuracy.
Fixed tab behavior, breadcrumb updates, chart alignment, disk sizing and unit rendering, and layout inconsistencies across screens.
Passwords, API keys, tokens, and other sensitive values are now automatically masked in application logs and error output, keeping credentials protected when logs are shared for troubleshooting or retained for audit.
Improved auth and password-related handling patterns to reduce risk of insecure credential exposure.
Updated dependencies and refreshed package versions to reduce exposure to known library vulnerabilities and improve overall software hygiene.
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure instances can now be monitored. This extends Cloudmon's multi-cloud coverage ahead of general availability. Refer: OCI Monitoring
Measure full webpage load performance, including rendering, resource loading, and key speed metrics, to identify what is slowing down the user experience.
Monitor FTP availability, connection and transfer performance, with upload/download checks to verify that file transfers are working reliably.
HTML report support was introduced and later made the default format for all reports. HTML reports render more consistently across email clients and browsers than previous formats.
Devices and monitors can now be placed into maintenance mode to suppress alerts during planned work. This prevents unnecessary noise from expected downtime.
NCM now supports compliance checks against defined policies, along with in-UI template configuration. Administrators no longer need to leave the interface to manage configuration templates.
Cloudmon can now monitor SSL/TLS certificates for expiration and validity issues. Teams get early warning before a certificate lapse causes an outage.
Support was added for Nutanix Prism Central, along with events and alerts monitoring for both Nutanix and VMware. This gives administrators earlier visibility into issues across virtualized and hyperconverged infrastructure.
Microsoft Teams notifications were enhanced with workflow support. Alerts can now trigger structured workflows directly within Teams channels.
Webhooks can now send a custom-defined payload body. This makes it easier to integrate Cloudmon alerts with third-party systems that expect a specific data format.
Alert emails are now threaded. This keeps related notifications grouped together in the inbox instead of appearing as separate messages.
Agents and network devices can now be updated in bulk rather than one at a time. This significantly reduces the time needed for large-scale configuration changes.
The license page was redesigned for clearer visibility into usage and entitlement status. Administrators can more easily see what's consumed, the breakdown and what's still available.
Single sign-on is now available through both SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect. This allows organizations to integrate Cloudmon login with their existing identity providers.
A dedicated NCM menu was added to the navigation.

Monitor Google Cloud Platform instances natively to track availability and performance across your cloud infrastructure.
Monitor REST APIs and trace network paths through ISPs to identify API availability and connectivity issues.
Availability monitoring was added for Meraki devices. Teams get immediate visibility when a Meraki device goes offline.
DNS server monitoring, DNS security extension (DNSSEC) monitoring, and DNS trace monitoring were all introduced. Together they give comprehensive visibility into DNS availability, security posture, and resolution paths. Refer: DNS Monitoring
Organizations can now apply custom branding across the Cloudmon interface. This allows MSPs and enterprises to present a consistent, white-labeled experience to their teams or customers.
New APIs allow Cloudmon data to be integrated with an external CMDB.
A dedicated Android mobile app was introduced. Teams can now check monitor status and alerts on the go, without needing a desktop browser.
New controls govern VMware discovery behavior and the retention of deleted devices in VMware inventory. This gives administrators more control over how stale or removed VMs are handled.
A new report provides detailed endpoint user login information. This helps administrators track user activity and access across monitored endpoints.
Bandwidth can now be configured for network interfaces, with alerts based on utilization.
