Customise the Cloudmon interface with your own logo, company name, and colour scheme to deliver a branded monitoring experience to your customers.
Custom Branding allows both MSPs and organisations to replace the default Cloudmon branding with their own. When configured, the Cloudmon interface displays your logo and company name in place of the Cloudmon defaults. This is particularly useful for MSPs who deliver Cloudmon as part of a managed service offering and want the platform to appear as their own product to customers.
Custom branding settings are configured under Settings → General Settings → Custom Branding. Branding is inactive by default and must be enabled using the toggle at the top of the page before changes take effect.
Navigate to Settings → General Settings → Custom Branding and configure the following fields:

| Product Name | The name displayed in the platform header and browser tab title in place of Cloudmon. Maximum 50 characters. |
| Login Page Notice | A notice displayed on the login page, typically used for acceptable use or access restriction statements. Supports basic HTML formatting. |
| Support Email | The support email address shown to users in the platform, replacing the default Cloudmon support contact. |
| Support URL | A link to your support portal or knowledge base, shown in place of the default Cloudmon support link. |
| Terms & Privacy URL | A link to your terms of service or privacy policy page, displayed in the platform footer and login screen. |
| Product Logo | Your company logo, displayed in the top navigation bar in place of the Cloudmon logo. Upload a PNG or SVG file. |
| Favicon | The browser tab icon for the Cloudmon interface. Upload a square PNG or ICO file, typically 32x32 or 64x64 pixels. |
| Login Page Background | A background image for the login page. Upload an image file or provide a URL to an externally hosted image. |
| Display copyright text in footer | Toggle to show or hide the copyright notice in the platform footer. When enabled, the footer displays the current year and your Product Name. |
Once saved, the branding changes take effect immediately for all users logged into this Cloudmon instance. No restart is required. Use the Preview button to review how the branding will appear before saving. Use Reset to Defaults to restore the original Cloudmon branding.
| Issue | What to check |
| Branding not applying after saving | Confirm the Custom Branding toggle at the top of the page is enabled. Branding is only applied when the toggle is active. |
| Logo not displaying after upload | Clear your browser cache and reload the page. The logo is served from the Controller and may be cached by the browser. Confirm the uploaded file is a supported format (PNG or SVG) and within the recommended size limits. |
| Branding only visible to some users | Other users may have an older version of the page cached. Ask them to clear their browser cache or perform a hard refresh to load the updated branding. |
