MSP Management In Cloudmon

Manage multiple customers from a single Cloudmon controller. Monitor every customer's IT infrastructure, view their environments individually, and control access across your team, all from one platform.

Cloudmon's MSP deployment gives Managed Service Providers a centralised multi-tenant monitoring platform. The MSP registers a single Cloudmon controller under their organisation, then adds customers, deploys agents and probes into each customer's environment, and manages everything from one place. Each customer's data is kept separate, and access can be scoped so that customer-specific users only see their own environment.

Getting started: The user who registers the Cloudmon controller becomes the Super Admin for the MSP organisation. The Super Admin has full read/write access across all customers and is the only account that cannot be deleted. Begin by adding your first customer under Settings → General Settings → Customers.

What Cloudmon for MSPs gives you

Multi-customer dashboard
See all managed customers in one view with colour-coded health tiles showing monitor count and active alarms for each customer at a glance.
Per-customer controller view
Click any customer tile to switch into that customer's full Cloudmon controller environment, with access to all their devices, alerts, and reports.
View as user
The Super Admin can impersonate any user account to see exactly what that user sees in Cloudmon, making it easy to troubleshoot access and permission issues.
Scoped user access
Create user accounts at MSP level for your own team and at customer level for each client's IT staff. Each user only sees the customers and groups they are assigned to.
Filter by group
Filter the devices shown in any customer's controller view by group, so you can focus on a specific site, department, or device category without leaving the platform.
Centralised agent and probe management
Deploy agents and probes into each customer's environment from the MSP controller without requiring separate logins for each customer's system.
