User Accounts

Add and manage individual Cloudmon user accounts. Each account is assigned a role, linked to specific customers and groups, and configured with notification preferences and access controls.

Overview

User accounts in Cloudmon give individuals the ability to log in and interact with the platform according to the permissions defined by their assigned role. Each account includes notification settings, group and customer access restrictions, idle timeout behaviour, and the ability to block access without deleting the account. When a new user account is created, Cloudmon automatically sends the user an email containing their login credentials and a temporary password that must be changed on first login.

Creating a User Account

  1. Navigate to Settings → General Settings → User Management → User Accounts.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Fill in the fields as described in the table below.
  4. Click Save. Cloudmon sends the new user an email with their credentials.
