The Cloudmon Controller is the central server that hosts the monitoring platform, stores all collected data, and provides the web interface for IT teams. Installation packages and guided setup assistance are provided by the Cloudmon support team.
Controller installation is performed with direct support from the Cloudmon team. Installation packages and step-by-step assistance during the setup process are available through Cloudmon Customer Support. Once installed, the Controller is accessed via a web browser using the server's hostname or IP address.
Before beginning installation, confirm that the target server meets the system requirements for your deployment size. Refer to System Requirements for the full hardware and OS specifications. For large deployments exceeding 5,000 nodes or for high availability configurations, contact sales@cloudmon.ai.
To obtain the Cloudmon Controller installation package and receive guided assistance during setup, contact Cloudmon Customer Support. Refer to How to Contact Support for contact details. The support team will provide the necessary packages and guidance for your specific deployment environment, whether on-premises or cloud-hosted.
Once the Controller is installed and running, open a browser and navigate to the Controller's hostname or IP address. Log in with the temporary credentials (admin/admin) to begin the registration process. See Controller Registration for the next steps.
