Third Party Integration

Connect Cloudmon to the tools your team already uses. Route alarm notifications to Microsoft Teams, Slack, email, or SMS, create incidents automatically in ServiceNow or Zoho Desk, trigger custom webhooks, and enable AI-assisted log analysis through Azure OpenAI.

All third party integrations are configured from a single location. Navigate to Settings → General Settings → Integrations to access the integrations page, where each available service is displayed as a widget. Click the relevant button on a widget to add a new connection, then enable the integration in your alarm rules to begin routing notifications.

How integrations work with alarms: Once an integration is configured, it must be enabled in an alarm rule to be used. Navigate to Settings → Configurations → Alarm Rules, open or create a rule, enable the Third Party Services option in the trigger, and select the configured service from the dropdown.
